Jenny Dieppa

CEO

Jenny Dieppa is the founder of Legacy Business Plans. Originally from Uruguay, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise as a seasoned professional in the financial services industry, with a specialization in small business strategy, business law, and immigration law. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Florida International University and an Associate's Degree in Legal Studies, providing her with a strong foundation in both legal and financial principles.

This unique combination allows Jenny to offer comprehensive insights into the intersection of law and finance. Over the years, she has developed a keen ability to understand a business owner's vision and transform it into a robust and profitable business model. Her expertise lies in conducting thorough financial analyses and preparing projected financial statements that serve as guiding blueprints for operating a successful business.

Yurany Cano

Project Manager and Quality Control Lead

Yurany Cano is the Project Manager & Quality Control Lead at Legacy Business Plans, where she oversees project execution from onboarding through final delivery—ensuring every business plan meets the company’s standards for clarity, accuracy, and lender-ready presentation. She works closely with clients, writers, and internal teams to keep timelines on track, organize revisions, and maintain smooth communication throughout the process.

With a detail-driven, client-focused approach, Yurany manages production workflows, quality reviews, and document coordination to support SBA, investor, and immigration/visa business plan needs. She ensures clients receive clear guidance, responsive communication, and consistent follow-through—from initial document collection to final approval and submission readiness.

Yurany brings extensive hands-on experience across management consulting, SBA business plans, and immigration/visa business plans. She has coordinated 2000+ projects for SBA, investor, and immigration purposes, aligning client objectives with strong financials, documentation requirements, and production timelines to consistently deliver high-quality results.

Originally from Colombia, she holds a degree in International Business, with additional studies in Business Communication and Career Development at Framingham State University and Digital Marketing at Middlesex College. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, roller skating, hiking, traveling, and experimenting with healthy recipes.

David Cardona

Consultant

David Cardona is a Business Consultant at Legacy Business Plans, where he works closely with entrepreneurs, startups, and established business owners to develop strategy-driven business plans and clear operational roadmaps. He supports clients through the planning process by helping clarify their goals, strengthening their business model, and ensuring each deliverable is professional, well-structured, and aligned with the purpose of the plan—whether for funding, expansion, or internal direction. With a relationship-first, consultative approach, David guides clients in organizing key information, refining their narrative, and translating their vision into a plan that communicates value to lenders, partners, and stakeholders. He’s known for being responsive, detail-oriented, and focused on making the process smooth from intake through final delivery.

David brings experience in business development and client advisory, which helps him understand what business owners need at each stage of growth and how to position their plans for real-world outcomes. Outside of work, he is passionate about continuous learning, building meaningful connections, and contributing to client success through thoughtful guidance and dependable support.
