Jenny Dieppa

CEO

Jenny Dieppa is the founder of Legacy Business Plans. Originally from Uruguay, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise as a seasoned professional in the financial services industry, with a specialization in small business strategy, business law, and immigration law. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Florida International University and an Associate's Degree in Legal Studies, providing her with a strong foundation in both legal and financial principles.

This unique combination allows Jenny to offer comprehensive insights into the intersection of law and finance. Over the years, she has developed a keen ability to understand a business owner's vision and transform it into a robust and profitable business model. Her expertise lies in conducting thorough financial analyses and preparing projected financial statements that serve as guiding blueprints for operating a successful business.

Yurany Cano

Project Coordinator

Originally from Colombia, Yurany plays a pivotal role in Legacy Business Plans, where she oversees all business plan projects and ensures the smooth coordination of documentation within the production department. With exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, she manages financial projects, streamlines tasks with precision, and works closely with clients to gather key information and align each plan with their business objectives.

Since joining the company, Yurany has successfully coordinated more than 200 projects across SBA, investor, and immigration purposes, consistently delivering high-quality results that support clients in achieving their business goals.

Her academic background includes a degree in International Business, complemented by specialized studies in Business Communication and Career Development at Framingham State University, and Digital Marketing at Middlesex College. This strong educational foundation enhances her ability to bring both structure and strategy to every project she leads.

Beyond her professional role, Yurany is passionate about personal growth and maintaining an active lifestyle. She enjoys reading, roller skating, hiking, traveling, and spending time at the gym. A creative home cook, she frequently experiments with healthy recipes, approaching each new dish with enthusiasm—even if she admits not all of them turn out as planned. Her curiosity, discipline, and positive outlook carry through in both her personal interests and her professional contributions.
